Audrie provides large publicly listed (e.g. ASX 200) companies and large enterprises with the infrastructure to prove that their documents are genuine, attributable, and unaltered – and to protect against fake leaked documents, impersonated communications, and invoice fraud.
Why enterprise document authentication matters.
Fake Leaked Documents
Unauthenticated documents attributed to your company can be fabricated, circulated, and reported on before you are even aware of their existence. Without a means to prove that a document is genuine, denials are just assertions.
Audrie enables you to authenticate your genuine communications, allowing journalists, analysts, and regulators to verify provenance instantly. An unauthenticated document becomes, by default, suspect.
Invoice Fraud
Invoice fraud occurs when bank account details are modified in invoices between issuance and receipt. The payer sends funds to a fraudulent account. The modification is undetectable by the recipient without an independent verification mechanism.
Audrie-authenticated invoices make any modification instantly detectable. Recipients can verify that the invoice they received – including bank account details – is identical to the one you issued and that your company is the authenticator of that document.
Counterparty Document Risk
You receive financial statements, identity documents, and regulatory submissions from counterparties. You cannot verify that these documents are genuine, unaltered, or issued by the entity that claims to have issued them.
Requiring Audrie authentication from counterparties shifts the question from "is this document genuine?" to "was this document authenticated by a verified person with something to lose?"

In-Person Onboarding
Enterprise clients complete an in-person verification process with the Audrie team, in addition to the standard remote IDV workflow. An Audrie representative visits your office, meets your nominated authenticators, and confirms their identity in person.
This establishes the highest level of chain-of-trust assurance. It prevents remote impersonation of your company's identity at the point of onboarding. Enterprise Verified status is displayed on all verification results for your authenticated documents.
Unlimited Authentication
Enterprise subscription includes unlimited document authentication for all registered authenticators in your organisation. Authenticate financial reports, board presentations, press releases, contracts, invoices, and regulatory submissions.
Verification Certificate Generation
Your organisation can generate Verification Certificates for documents you receive from third parties – creating an auditable record of your due diligence on counterparty documents.
What an Authenticated Document Proves
When a document carries Audrie authentication, any recipient can verify:
- —The exact identity of the person who authenticated it, including their role and organisation
- —The precise date and time of authentication
- —That the document has not been modified since authentication
- —That the authenticator's status remains active (or has been revoked)
- —That the onboarding tier is Enterprise Verified
