Frequently Asked Questions
Is verification free?
Yes. Verifying a document on the web is free and does not require an account. Downloading a Verification Certificate that proves you checked requires a free account. The certificate is also free.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise subscriptions offer a 20% discount when billed annually upfront. Pro: $950/year (~$79/month, saving ~$238). Enterprise Base: $9,590/year (~$799/month, saving ~$2,398). Enterprise add-ons are also discounted at 20% on annual plans.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Annual pricing applies for the committed term; early termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees. Refunds remain available where required by applicable law. See the End User Licence Agreement for the full terms.
Who can use the Starter tier?
Starter is for qualified accountants and lawyers. There is a $10 one-off sign-up fee and no subscription. Your identity and professional standing are verified before you authenticate documents.
Which files can I authenticate?
Audrie accepts any file type up to 100MB. Your document is not stored; only its cryptographic hash and authentication metadata are recorded.
